Q. Certificate of Completion and badges
A. Upon completing each course, the agent will receive an automatically generated certificate detailing the course completed, completion date and unique certificate number. The agent will also receive a digital badge and points that are able to be tracked in the achievement tab of their Agent Academy account.

Q. How do I sign up for Agent Academy?

Agents can sign up via the above landing page or via: https://agentacademy.litmos.com/self-signup/

When you sign up to Agent Academy, you will be required to enter in a code depending on your country location.

Once you sign up, you will be sent an email with confirmation link – Please check your junk, clutter or spam folders.

Q. What is Agent Academy?
A. Agent Academy is an e-learning platform for our travel partners, offering detailed product courses designed to assist you to increase your product knowledge of Scenic Luxury Cruises and Tours, Scenic Eclipse and Emerald Waterways.
Q. When can I access Agent Academy?
A. We recommend that you use Google Chrome as the preferred web browser. The platform will be available 24-hours a day, 7-days a week on any device including tablets and smart phones.

We suggest you see our trouble shooting tips below, as they may solve the problem. If these do not fix the issue, you can contact our reservations team who can provide help with basic trouble shooting.

Q. Why should I use Agent Academy?
A. Agent Academy allows you to become a product specialist across both the Scenic and Emerald brands. Stay tuned for launch incentive and ongoing incentives.
Troubleshooting
Q. Agent Academy Course is freezing / lagging (the system is going slow), what can I do to fix this issue?
A.

If the course freezes or another issue appears:

  1. Exit the course
  2. Then enter back into the course, and
  3. Select ‘yes’ to resume where you left off.

We recommend that you use Google Chrome, instead as your web browser for best user experience.

Q. I have forgotten my password for Agent Academy, how do I reset
A.

To reset a password, simply select the 'I've forgotten my username/password" button on the log in screen. Enter the email used to create your account (please use your individual work email in Express Book) in the space provided. You will then be sent an email to reset your password.

Q. I haven't received my welcome email, where is it?
A. The welcome email should be sent within 24 hours of signing up – Check your Junk or Spam Folders. If 24 hours has passed, and the email has not been received (including in junk or spam folders), please email: agent.academy@scenicglobal.com
