  1. Day 1 - Istanbul

    Your journey into wonder begins here, with a three night stay in Istanbul.

  2. Day 2 - Istanbul

    Take a cruise on the Bosphorus strait this morning, before a visit to the Blue Mosque and Hippodrome square where you will see the magnificent Hagia Sophia.

    Join a cooking class, or try your hand at the ancient art of writing during a calligraphy course. Alternatively, relax and rejuvenate during your visit to the Ayasofya Hurrem Sultan Hamami Turkish Baths.

  3. Day 3 - Istanbul

    This morning, visit Dolmabahce Palace as well as the Topkapi Palace before time to wander the evocative Grand Bazaar and an afternoon at leisure.

  4. Day 4 - Istanbul > Canakkale

    Enjoy a fascinating tour of Homer’s Troy – the legendary site of the Trojan Wars. You’ll even see a giant replica of the famous Trojan Horse. Afterwards, travel to Canakkale for a two night stay.

  5. Day 5 - Canakkale > Gallipoli

    Travel to the Gallipoli Peninsula, the site of WWI landings by the Allied Forces, including ANZAC troops. There are over 31 cemeteries on the peninsula, now a national park, and you’ll have the chance to explore and gain a unique perspective on this moving and historically poignant location. You also have the opportunity to visit the Kabatepe Museum where you will see a range of historically significant items from the Gallipoli campaign.

  6. Day 6 - Canakkale > Nessebar

    Journey from Canakkale to Bulgaria and stay two nights in Nessebar.

    Enjoy a tour of Nessebar. Tonight, delight in delicious local cuisine and take in a folklore show.

    See a deiverse range of sceneray as you journey from the city of Nessebar on Bulgaria's Black Sea coast to the Romanian capital of Bucharest.

  9. Day 9 - Bucharest > Giurgiu

  10. Day 10 - Silistra

  11. Day 11 - Rousse

    Visit Rousse, where you’ll be treated to a guided sightseeing tour. Alternatively, discover the Byzantine gem of Veliko Tarnovo and the World Heritage-listed village of Arbanassi.

  12. Day 12 - Iron Gates

    Relax and admire the scenery as you cruise the spectacular Iron Gates, a narrow gorge that the Danube has carved out between the Carpathian and Balkan Mountains.

  13. Day 13 - Belgrade

    Enjoy an in-depth tour of Belgrade, including a visit to Tito’s Memorial, or take an orientation tour of Belgrade and see the highlights before time at leisure to wander this fascinating city. Alternatively, join a bicycle ride along the Danube, or for a true insight into everyday life in Belgrade, take a walk through the city with a local student. Alternatively, journey to the nearby town of Sremski Karlovci where you can wander the town and marvel at the many beautiful Baroque elements..

  14. Day 14 - Osijek

  15. Day 15 - Kalocsa

    Located on the Great Hungarian Plain, Kolocsa is one of the oldest towns in Hungary. Today you will have the opportunity to witness a traditional Puszta horse show. Be greeted by the horsemen of the Puszta region where this type of activity has been practised for centuries.

    Budapest is often considered to be the most beautiful city in Europe and you have a full day at leisure to see why.

  17. Day 17 - Budapest

  27. Day 27 - Rüdesheim > Rhine Gorge

    Immerse yourself in charming Rüdesheim and board the Winzerexpress mini-train for a guided visit of Siegfried’s Mechanical Musical Instrument Museum. Then enjoy a cable car ride to the Niederwald Monument for spectacular views of the river.

    The afternoon set sail and enjoy fabulous views of the spectacular World Heritage-listed Rhine Gorge.

  29. Day 29 - Amsterdam

    Explore wonderful Amsterdam, with its wealth of canals, museums and bicycles.
