Introducing  Scenic & Emerald Rewards 

We are pleased to announce the merging of our two loyalty programs to create the new Scenic & Emerald Rewards. This new program will launch globally from February 10th, 2026.   

The Scenic & Emerald Rewards program has been created to meet the requests of our valued loyalty program members and designed using guest feedback. The new loyalty program will include all the Scenic and Emerald Cruises & Tours - Luxury Ocean, River and Land journeys. Spanning all seven continents and more than 65 countries, every cruise or tour you take will contribute to one consolidated rewards experience. 

New Loyalty Program Highlights

  • One unified membership program that enables members to earn points across all Scenic and Emerald Cruises & Tours journeys 
  • All existing status points that members have earned across either Scenic or Emerald will be combined into a single balance 
  • Updated loyalty tiers will have a clear, simplified and streamlined status points structure that’s easier to redeem and manage.
  • A new MyRewards benefit that will enable you to redeem an actual monetary value towards your next luxury cruise or tour+. 

Scenic & Emerald Rewards reflects our ongoing commitment to ensuring that you, your family and friends, are at the heart of every journey. 

Your convenience is a priority, and we have taken care of everything relating to the merge, so unless you request a change, we do not require anything from you for the new rewards program transition.

Terms and Conditions

+The Terms & Conditions for the new Scenic & Emerald Rewards program, including the MyRewards feature, will be confirmed from February 10th, 2026.

 

All Scenic Club loyalty benefits are subject to availability and may be subject to change. We reserve the right to modify, replace or remove any aspect of the program without notice.
*Conditions apply - Amounts of Thank You vouchers are in effect for sailings departing July 1, 2024, and later. If two or more tours are booked on the same reservation - guest will receive two vouchers.

- Please note that complimentary airport hotel stays are not offered in the US market as an alternative to transfer benefits.
+ The 20 days required to qualify for this benefit can be made up of the total paid days for travel, so can include paid add-on days, such as stopovers, tour extensions and/or back-to-back tours. Hotels available for this benefit are subject to change.

~Refer-a-Friend voucher and Referral credit: are valid for two years from the issue date. The Refer-a-Friend voucher for Gold, Platinum, and Diamond members to refer a new Scenic Guest is $100. Emerald Members receive a $150 voucher to provide to new Scenic Guests. Valid on new bookings only and only one Refer-a-Friend voucher can be used per booking, combinable with other offers. The discount will be deducted off the final balance payment. New customers introduced cannot reside in the same household. The $200 referrer credit will be credited to the account on the final balance payment. 
 
Note: When earning Status Points, cruises that are not fully owned and operated by Scenic or fully charted by Scenic, will earn 100 Scenic Status Points for each paid Tour Day, irrespective of the cabin category traveled. River cruises, ocean voyages, or land journeys of 6 days or less will earn Status Points only. Guests will NOT be eligible for any additional loyalty tier benefits such as limousine transfers, luggage etc.
