The benefits of traveling with Scenic

At Scenic, a little loyalty goes a long way, and a lot of loyalty goes even further… When you choose to travel with us, not only do you get to explore a world of wonder that will furnish you with memories for a lifetime, you’ll also be entitled to a range of exclusive privileges that will help you enjoy the experience even more.

Beginning in 2018 we have some exciting new enhancements to our loyalty program. We believe these changes will continue to reward our members while recognizing our ever-evolving product portfolio and the soon-to-be launched Scenic Eclipse – the World’s First Discovery Yacht.  

The Scenic Club program will now recognize our guests based on their travel choices.  Scenic Status Points will be awarded for each day traveled, with additional points earned based on length of trip and Suite category booked. 

The threshold levels between the Scenic Club tiers will remain the same with our new program. As always, members will be automatically enrolled as a Gold member after completing their first Scenic trip and will then require 5,000 points to move to Platinum, 10,000 points for Diamond and 25,000 points to become an Emerald member.

Scenic Gold

Upon returning from your first trip you will automatically become a Scenic Club Gold member. Benefits include:

  • A $200 Thank You voucher to be redeemed on your next cruise or tour
  • If you booked two or more tours of seven paid tour days or more in the same reservation, you'll receive a $400 Thank You Voucher
  • A $100 Share With A Friend voucher plus you will earn a $200 Referral Credit
  • Extended validity of vouchers from 12 to 24 months
  • A dedicated Member's Helpdesk, for a quick response to any questions, problems or requests you may have.
  • Scenic Club Gold luggage, which you’ll receive prior to every trip
  • Member only offers on selected itineraries.
  • Priority notification on pre-release tours and cruises.
  • Priority notification of the latest news and information from Scenic.

Scenic Platinum

Collect 5,000 Scenic Status Points and you will be upgraded to Scenic Club Platinum. In addition to all the benefits of Gold your Platinum benefits include:

  • Limousine transfers before and after you travel* Alternatively, you can enjoy a complimentary night’s hotel stay if the limousine service is not available at your location or a $50 each way Transfer credit*
  • A complimentary pre or post night’s hotel stay for trips of 20 days or more*
  • Scenic Club Platinum wheel-on overnight bag and luggage selection prior to every trip*
  • Exclusive Scenic Club Platinum offers

Scenic Diamond

Collect 10,000 Scenic Status Points and you will be upgraded to Scenic Club Diamond. In addition to all the benefits of Platinum your Diamond benefits include:

  • A Scenic Club Diamond Full Sized suitcase or a $100 Visa card prior to each departure*
  • An extended distance allowance for the chauffeur-driven limousine service.*
  • Exclusive loyalty privileges on Scenic Eclipse, The World's First Discovery Yacht
  • Exclusive Scenic Club Diamond offers
  • Access to exclusive member only wonder itineraries

Scenic Emerald

Collate 25,000 points and be upgraded to Scenic Club Emerald, our top tier within Scenic Club. In addition to all the benefits of Diamond your Emerald benefits include:

    Additional $100 Welcome Home Voucher to be redeemed on next cruise/tour ($300 in total)
    Additional $50 Share with a Friend ($150 in total)
    $100 on-board credit for use in the Wellness Centre
    Upgrade hotel categories for pre or post accommodation when available

How to Qualify:

Currently membership is open only to people with a permanent US residential address. Membership will be extended to residents of other countries in future. Membership is individual; for couples, each individual has their own unique membership number.

Once a member, you will be a member for life - there is no need to do additional travel to maintain membership or tier status Membership kit (and tier status upgrades), including a unique membership card, which will be sent by mail within 8 weeks of completion of the qualifying tour, to those for whom we have a valid postal address.

Any member who selects ‘Do not mail a Welcome Home Kit’ will not receive tier status upgrade or welcome home kits including membership cards and welcome home discount vouchers.

For current Scenic Club members, all points earned prior to January 1, 2018 were converted at 100 points per day.  You will begin to earn the incremental points on your next Scenic vacation.
